Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan is open Wednesday - Sunday with indoor and outdoor dining + takeout. Outdoor dining is weather permitting. Happy Hour is 4-5pm in the lobby, bar area, and outside. The $19 bar steak entrée special is available all evening at the bar. Ask us about our private dining room for special events. The Cosmopolitan is home to the fresh, innovative creations of Chad Scothorn, who has received national attention and praise for his original, fresh approach to food preparation. Serving dinner daily (except off-seasons), this elegantly simple restaurant is located in the Hotel Columbia next to the in-town Gondola.
