HistoryI started as a psychotherapist back in 2005. I worked for various agencies while beginning a private practice. In 2011 I made a huge transition from a therapist to a Life Coach. Coaching is so much more rewarding for both myself and my clients. I am able to really use my creativity and think outside the box when helping people improve their lives. As a coach I check in regularly with my clients via text, phone and email. I make house visits, esp when working with families. I don't bring a clinical feel, which is why kids really enjoy working with me and respond to my approach.SpecialtiesI offer counseling and life coaching in a variety of areas including relationships, self-esteem, goal-setting, parenting and health and wellness. I use a holistic approach and help clients overcome things like depression and anxiety without medication. As a coach I am highly interactive and check in with my clients regularly. Life is a complex game and I teach you how to play well and WIN!
