Although I am not a fan of the cost....and I'm sure nobody is, the service provided is really great. Had a problem, a tech came out and was extremely helpful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable....

Dear Comcast, At some point, customers need to be able to talk to a real person. Putting them in a continuous loop of AI robots who cannot solve any problem and only redirect them to webpages...

New location and thank the lord, the other one was ridiculously packed. I was helped within 20 mins without an appointment and the lady who helped me was awesome.
