Colvig Silver Camps is a family-owned and operated co-ed summer camp in Durango, Colorado, offering both day and overnight programs. With a focus on outdoor experience, fun, and adventure, they believe in providing children with the best opportunities to grow and develop into caring, thoughtful, and responsible individuals. Through a non-competitive, choice-based approach and a 3:1 camper to staff ratio, they create a positive environment where campers can create their own unique experiences, develop leadership skills, and gain confidence through outdoor-oriented adventures in diverse alpine and desert landscapes.

Colvig Silver Camps is dedicated to fostering connection within their community, promoting personal challenges, and overcoming obstacles. All of their out-of-camp trips take place on public lands governed by the Bureau of Land Management and the USDA Forest Service. With a rich history spanning over 55 years, they continue to provide a summer of significance for children, helping them grow into young leaders and discover the secret of making the best persons.
