Dr Kelly has lived in the valley for most of his life. He is a graduate of Grand Junction high school. He graduated from BYU and the University of Oregon. He then became a Fellow in international society of plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery from Missouri. He has been practicing for 30+ years.
