Colorado Trail House

The Colorado Trail House is a 128 year old Victorian guest house located in the high Rockies in Leadville, CO. We provide clean, affordable accommodations by way of 7 private rooms and 1 shared bunk room. Accommodations include shared guest spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room, courtyard) and private rooms. You can cook your own meals in our kitchen (countertop oven and two plug-in single burners, microwave), watch a movie in the living room, and sit and enjoy the crisp mountain air in the courtyard or hot tub. All rooms have attached private bathrooms and vary in size. We even offer basic breakfast items, free laundry, and Wi-Fi.
