With a focus on player development from ages five through college, CSA fosters an environment that emphasizes life skills, character building, and leadership, all while ensuring that athletes have fun as they grow in their love for the game.

CSA features a comprehensive pathway model that includes the NOCO Futures Fastpitch League for younger players and competitive teams for high-level athletes. The coaching staff, comprised of former college players and professional coaches, is committed to pushing athletes beyond their comfort zones and providing them with the resources needed for success both on and off the field.
