been trying to make an appointment for months now and the staff is not helpful--our dr's office has faxed over the papers twice now and yet they CI says they have not gotten them--i don't know...

This office is awful. If there was an option for a negative rating I would give it. When you begin as a patient they try to force you to use cordent pharmacy until they can't hide how terrible...
