Only has 3 kinds of bagels (and they're expensive), in a blighted area with no bagel shops, much less "restaurants." You have to drive to Broadmoor or Briargate to get anything, and who wants to...

The younger lady that works her is rude and inconsiderate she rolls her eyes and doesn't even ask if you need anything else. Like she was in a rush when I was the only person in line.

I worked upstairs and this was my go to lunch spot! I don't remember her name but she had tattoos, glasses, and she was so kind and always made the Chicken Salad Sandwich soooo amazing! Hooked me...

I was told I had to pay extra for a decaf latte. I asked about it a couple times to make sure I was hearing right. Yup. I wanted a 16 oz. Had to pay the 24 oz price for a 16 oz. decaf latte....
