Our trainers will oversee your entire comprehensive program and will push you as well as provide you with the accountability you need in order to achieve immediate and lasting results. Small Group Personal Training Want to bring a friend, family member, or co-worker to the gym to share your workout with? Then our small group personal training program is for you. Our small group personal training offers the same expertise and targeted program design of our individualized personal training, only in a group setting. Our group training consists of 2-4 people per class and is lead by one of our certified personal trainers. In the group setting, not only do you have a coach there to guide you and push you through your workouts, but you have the other members of the group there to motivate and cheer you on as well. This is great for those individuals that need a little extra motivation, or just enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others.
