A technician is often dispatched to customer job sites up to 120 miles from our offices. We work closely with your company on scheduled installations, maintenance, and repairs, and when possible, we combine your orders along the same routes to minimize travel expenses. Our policy assures on-site or shop service within 24 hours, but response time is generally less than 4 hours (plus travel time to location). Emergency requests are handled promptly whether or not they can be pooled with other jobs. We are trained and experienced with the following types of commercial equipment and appliances: Restaurant equipment, beverage, food service, and refrigeration equipment, including and coffee brewers & espresso machines, tea dispensers, multi-head cappuccino machines, juice machines, soda machines, ice machines, and other beverage dispensing systems. Other restaurant and convenience store equipment includes commercial refrigerators, freezers, and coolers, ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, steamers, microwaves, and dish machines. We provide water filters and install and service water filtration systems on a call-in basis or on a scheduled Preventive Maintenance plan. We have multiple certifications in many areas, such as refrigeration, beverage equipment, commercial kitchen appliances. Note that we also repair most residential espresso machines. Some of coffee brewers we are authorized to service (and sell) are Bunn, Curtis, Fetco, Cecilware, Bloomfield, Brewmatic, Grindmaster, Newco; most espresso machine manufacturers, including Simonelli, Brasilia, La Pavoni, Franke, and Verismo, other beverage equipment manufacturers like Lancer, Cornelius. Other food service brands we fix include Deluxe, Imperial, US Range, Amana, Panasonic, Hatco, Star, Vulcan, Manitowoc, Scotsman, Hoshizaki, True, Norlake, Hobart, Jackson, Montague, and many more.
