Christopher B. Jones, MD

Dr. Log is a board certified medical oncologist who grew up right here in Denver, Colorado. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology from University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado, followed by a medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Log completed an internship and residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Michigan and a fellowship at McLaren Regional Medical Center in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Log wanted to pursue a career in medicine for one simple reason: To care for patients and make their lives better."My philosophy of care is to do everything I can to allow patients to live their lives as if they didn't have a medical condition."Dr. Log's clinical interests include Hematology, Medical Oncology, as well as Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He is currently accepting new patients.Dr. Log is an investigator involved in clinical research trials in the area of hematology and medical oncology.When he is not at work, Dr. Log enjoys spending time with his two sons, traveling, and watching sports, especially the Broncos and Avalanche.

Dr. Carlson is originally from Canton, Connecticut. She earned a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and continued her education at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she received her medical degree.Following her education, she completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Colorado Health. From an early age, Dr. Carlson knew that she wanted a career that would allow her to help others in need. Being able to provide patients with the most advanced treatments, by utilizing cutting-edge radiology techniques, is one of her favorite aspects of working in radiation oncology.Dr. Carlson is an investigator involved in clinical research trials in the area of radiation oncology. Her research focus includes the treatment of various cancers with radiation. Dr. Carlson's philosophy of care is, "My goal is to support each patient by using evidence-based medicine and each patient's own goals to arrive at a patient-centered treatment plan." She cares deeply about each of her patients and loves that her career allows her to provide support and guidance during their challenging health journeys. In her free time, Dr. Carlson enjoys spending time with her family and reading. She also enjoys spending time in nature and trail running.
