I don't often leave reviews, but this place really knocked it out of the park. The staff was friendly & there is a window directly into the kitchen so you can see how clean the cooking stations...

We had the birria tacos & tacos de papa! Everything was fried to perfection, the meat in the birria was juicy, cooked perfectly & the consumé was sooo flavorful! Tacos de papa's a nostalgic dish...

Excellent food. Great fundamentals (carnitas, barbacoa) and wonderful unique dishes (birria ramen and cheesy birria ramen). Friendly staff.

This is a no nonsense spot on Colfax. The interior is all business with some simple tables and booths. The staff was very friendly. We stopped in for a later dinner. We ordered the birria...
