Chipotlane service sucks. They have a chime to let them know when someone pulls up to the window but they just ignore it I guess? I went through, got my food because someone happened to be right...

If I could put 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible, atmosphere was awful, manager was rude as well as the lady worker that assisted my friends and I tonight . I wouldn't recommend this...

i ordered quesidilla and they forgot my sour cream. that ruined the whole meal for me. and they also barely gave me any of the sides that I did get. very disappointing
