Chico's started in 1983 as a small boutique selling Mexican folk art on Sanibel Island in Florida. Then one day, the founders discovered the sweater, pivoted the business and retail was never the same. Their return policy is awful. I purchased an ecru jacket with a design flaw that a hook and eye could remedy. The front panel crosses over the panel behind it and the front panel had 4 grommets....

I considered not writing this review but I am so disappointed in one of my used to be favorite stores. I tried to return pants. I had worn them once. The stretched out so they were sloppy looking...
