The Italian beef was really good! I did wish the whole thing was dipped instead of the au jus on the side. If you are a true Chicagoan you would want extra au jus. The cheese fries are the best...

The best grilled chicken sandwich in town hands down. The owners and employees are very nice and remember our order every time. I also like the rewards program. We love this place.
