Fabulous boutique. Sales people are friendly and helpful. No pressure. Pleasant shopping experience. Prices have become more reasonable as there is more variety. Great place to shop.

I am all for supporting local businesses, but they make it extremely difficult with their 'no return' policy. Clothes are also extremely over priced and sales staff not friendly! I will not return!

Chelsea is a true Boulder staple. No wonder it's been in town for 14 years... The clothes and jewelry are fabulous and the girls who work there, without being pushy, are always willing to bend...
