Great service, knowledgeable, friendly, great equipment, convenient, complementary overnight ski storage, close to Lionshead gondola, reasonable prices (considering it's Vail).

These people are above and beyond. Efficient and thorough. My wife's boots ended up being too tight after our first run and they replaced them immediately. Easy in, easy out.
