Founded in 2015, Cerberus Brewing Co. began as the collaboration of beerlover/homebrewer Josh Adamski (Cerberus' Head Brewer), Cindy Geiser and business partners/entrepreneurs Jerry Morris and Tom Halfast. Craft original, high quality beers using the finest ingredients we can find. Provide and serve, made from scratch, delicious appetizers, small plates and entrees, and desserts, using local ingredients when available. Great beer. Rainey is an excellent Beer-tender. This is one of the breweries that I try to always visit when I am in Colorado Springs. I have never had a bad experience.

Loved everything about this spot. Went here after Garden of the Gods. Good outdoor area, great to grab a beer after a hike. Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious, no complaints!
