Casey Brewing and Blending is a family-operated brewery specializing in barrel-aged sour beers using local, seasonal, and wholesome ingredients. Recently, we’ve added juicy, hazy IPAs and imperial stouts to our brewing portfolio. Our Barrel Cellar and main production facility is located at 3421 Grand Ave, on the east bank of the Roaring Fork River in Glenwood Springs, Co. Our Barrel Cellar is currently closed for the winter season. This year we are hosting several different Casey Brewing Experiences at the Barrel Cellar. Each Experience at Casey Brewing is designed to educate our consumers on our process and flavorful beers. Owner and Blender Troy Casey will be hosting each Experience at the Barrel Cellar. He will explain why he chose each lineup and break down each beer as it ages over time. We hope these experiences will bring you into our world full of barrels, bottles and friendships.
