The prime rib, ordered medium rare, was raw. The bison ribeye was so chewy it was inedible. It took forever to cut the smallest pieces. The broccolini and potatoes lacked any seasoning...

Had an amazing experience here eating on the patio. All of the food was fantastic. The staff was wonderful and quick. Loved being able to dine at this historic location.

It was good, I can't complain about that. I've had better- ESPECIALLY for the price. The atmosphere is loud rowdy bar, that was a little bit of a turn off. Otherwise it was fine.... But for $200...

I saw that Cascades Restaurant had a Prime Rib French Dip on their lunch menu and knew I had to try it - it did not disappoint. The sandwich was huge! The meat was plentiful and great flavor....
