Dr. Leonid Grossman, MD is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in trauma surgery at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center in Golden. He attended Creighton University for medical school. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a prestigious trauma fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Grossman is specifically trained in trauma surgery of the pelvis and acetabulum fractures, peri-articular fractures, and non-union care. His approach emphasizes patient-centered care, clear communication across medical teams, and cost-effective treatment. Outside work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and fishing with his family.
