Cory Brown, DO, is on a mission to provide patients with personalized, holistic care using a collaborative approach. He especially enjoys practicing family medicine because it allows him to get to know patients during all different stages of life. He cares for patients with chronic conditions including asthma, COPD, diabetes as well as acute conditions such as infections or joint pains and mild injuries. Dr. Brown also provides ongoing preventive and wellness care.Dr. Brown earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from Colorado State University. He attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience for medical school and completed his residency at St. Anthony North Family Medicine in Westminster, Colorado. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.Dr. Brown likes to golf and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and sons.

Dr. Alison Mall earned her medical degree from University of California at Irvine. Her residency was completed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. She is board certified by ABOG and is a Fellow of the American College of OB/Gyn. Dr. Mall has practiced in both Colorado and Iowa since 2001 and has been practicing with CHPG Womens Health and Avista Adventist Hospital since July 2013. She is also the Medical Director for the CHPG Womens Service Line for the Mountain North Denver Operating Group.Dr. Mall has delivered over 2,000 babies and was the lucky Dr. who delivered the 50,000th baby at Avista Adventist Hospital! She lives with her spouse and 2 children in Erie, Colorado. She enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her family.Dr. Mall does comprehensive OB/GYN care and enjoys seeing patients of all ages and in all stages of their reproductive health from contraception, to pregnancy care, to wellness screening to menopause. She is skilled in minimally invasive surgery and provides medical and surgical management for a variety of female health issues including abnormal bleeding, endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy and contraception. She feels privileged to work with women through all stages of their health journey. She believes in a collaborative approach and individualized treatment plan for each womens specific health issues and wellness goals.

At CHPG Avista Family Medicine we provide primary care services to families in Erie, Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette and Louisville. We care for patients of all ages including pediatric, teen, adult and senior care. Our primary care doctors provide a wide range of health care services including treatment for illness, immunizations, well checks, annual exams, sports physicals and a variety of preventative health screenings.
