I went for a glass of wine on my birthday. Overall it was fine and everyone was nice. What irked me was the 3% Kitchen Livable Wage fee, just pay your kitchen a livable wage?! I can't condone...

I just had one of the best happy hour meals of my life! My boyfriend and I have started enjoying the happy hour at Cafe Vino on a somewhat regular basis now. It always exceeds our expectations....
