Brothers Redevelopment Inc

Founded in 1971, Brothers Redevelopment is a local, nonprofit housing agency. The agency supports programs that allow low-income elderly and disabled persons to live independently in their homes and communities. Brothers Redevelopment includes a home maintenance and repair program. The agency is certified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development as a comprehensive housing counseling agency. It provides first-time homebuyers with the information needed to understand the homebuying process. Brothers Redevelopment also offers counseling for homeowners who have fallen behind on their payments, as well as reverse mortgage counseling for senior citizen homeowners. The agency owns and manages more than 400 units of housing and urban development subsidized apartments for low-income senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
