They are having an inventory management issue, some items listed on their menu are no longer available. You also can't call your order in so are forced to gather and wait with other patrons. Seems...

Stopped by today to get a Carolina style pork sandwich and order of fries. Been going to Brothers are around Denver for about ten years and probably 75 times or more...I asked for three BBQ sauces...
