The customer service is useless. The techs are nice but waited 3 wks for a dishwasher repair. Id recommend going with someone else..we only had to use them because the warrenty was through them....

Totally incompetent techs. They are rude, and there is no recourse. Management doesn't care what the technicians do. Don't use them.
