Went in this morning to have my wife's glasses adjusted (missing screw on frame) without an appointment. The optician, Kay, was able to make the repair and tighten the rest of the screws quickly...

Front office staff was rude and inflexible when I requested to reschedule because of blowing snow in my neighborhood. Took 40 minutes to return call that they would waive $50 cancellation fee each...
