Beautiful sand area, clean facilities, easy parking, and great swim area. Came to the reservoir in July for my first triathlon. We arrived before 7 in order to get free parking for the event....

This is a beautiful recreation area, however being a first time visitor the park rangers have to be the most rude when it comes to dogs. If they're worried about poop then they should be out there...

Excellent Bike trails into Boulder Reservoir. Lobo Trail is made up of small crushed gravel and is an easy bike ride to the reservoir. Once there, so many options to have fun & hang out with your...

Yeah they're real assholes about having dogs. And pretty rude about it too. I was just dropping someone off and had my dog in the car and they wouldn't let me through.

What a great way to spend a relaxing fourth! The incoming storm made it less crowded - lifeguards were careful to get us out and back in the water when lightning came. Great day!
