We started back in 2007 with the idea that we could streamline inefficiencies in the real estate brokerage and save clients money along the way. We are passionate about saving our clients money. For Home Buyers: we know that you're doing some of the work traditionally done by Realtors and we honor that fact by PAYING you. We share our paycheck with our buyer clients by rebating 50% of our commission back to them at closing. If we make $10,000 then our buyer clients get a $5,000 rebate. It's that simple. For Sellers: We charge only 1% seller agent fee, and our seller clients receive full MLS exposure, professional photography, yard sign, lock box, and an experienced professional Realtor to handle every step of the process. We're full-service for a fraction of the fee!
