Boulder Arts & Crafts is one of the oldest artist cooperatives in the United States. Operational since 1971, the gallery is a popular year-round destination for visitors from in and around Boulder, Colo., and other nearby states. The gallery represents the work of hundreds of artists from Colorado, the Rocky Mountain region and throughout the United States. Paintings, prints, photography, jewelry, pottery, wood, stained and blown glass, sculpture and furniture are among the more popular exhibits. The gallery, owned and operated by more than 40 artists, has a display area of over 4,000-square-feet. All through 2006, the gallery will host numerous exhibitions on pottery, travel and installation furniture and accessories. It also offers periodic discounts on some of its display items.
