The Boppy Company, was established by mom inventor, Susan Matthews Brown in 1990, the same year its flagship product, Boppy, won the Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association s Show-off competition award. Boppy is a nursing and feeding pillow and can even be used as a seating pillow to ease the pain of episiotomies. Boppy is a valuable tool for new parents throughout the first year, providing baby and parent support and comfort during feeding, a safe place for baby to lay, be propped up and a supportive place to learn to sit. The company also sells activity gym play toys for infants, as well as a variety of other products for babies and their mothers. The Boppy Company is a privately held company that is located in Golden, Colo.
