My uncle is getting ready to renew his lease, it's been a year! The facility is beautiful and they have so many events, I wish he would have moved in sooner. Uncle is in independent living....

They don't answer emails or customer calls with urgency. Can't talk much more about actually staying here, haven't even gone through the process or application.

They are severely understaffed. They over promised and under deliver to prospective residents. They fail to follow labor laws. All this contributes to resident neglect; especially in memory care....

Sadly, all the one star reviews are very true. The management treats the frontline staff awful, uses them like they are indispensable. Some of the caregivers and servers are kind, good people...
