HistoryAfter teaching for over 20 years for other studios Linda decided it was time to start her own business. It was started in August 2013 with the goal to work with all types of clients from beginners to advanced. Core Essentials offers private and duet classes. We offer the most current amenities and features, and are continuing to grow our studio to make sure that it provides the optimal environment for your Pilates needs. We utilize the Pilates Chair, Reformer, Tower, Jumpboard, Mat, BOSU Ball, Foam Rollers and Small Props.SpecialtiesAt Core Essentials it is our goal to make Pilates accessible to all. Inside the wall of our studio you will find a friendly, positive, and community-minded enviroment. Our philosophy is to teach you about movement and your body. We look forward to teaching you awareness, knowledge and the ability to push yourself to new limits. We take a very balanced and open approach to Pyhsical Fitness and Pilates.
