Took a new but poorly assembled bike in to get corrected. These guys were super fast, friendly, and did quality work. Even charged me less than originally quoted. I'm not taking any future bikes...

Hands down, the best bicycle shop in Colorado Springs. I have moved around quite a bit, being Active Duty Military and have always compared every other shop to BX. No shop has ever really summed...

Incredible service and owner took inordinate amount of time to explain the options on a new bike. No sales pressure, I will definitely purchase my next bike this summer from bicycle experience.
