Dr Benz is the best. He is very quiet and thoughtful and cares deeply. My entire experience with his PA and staff was positive and I felt I was in very good hands. (I had major neck surgery)

Terrible customer service. I would never use this doctor unless a plane crashed in the wilderness and he was the only doctor nearby, leaving no other choice. He may be an acceptably skilled doctor...

I was very impressed with Dr. Benz. He was compassionate and very thorough. Even though he determined my problem was not really a back issue, he went out of his way to try to help find a solution....
