If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service; calls not returned, rude, just bad attitude. Normally I try not to leave bad reviews but this is definitely warranted.

My dad still doesn't have his walker - he has been home for almost a week. I have been on hold with this company for hours on end! This is ridiculous. I do not recommend.
