The customer service is not good at all. I have been going there not knowing another store is steps away - for over a year. Whenever they are out, which is often, it's almost like it annoys them...

It did not live up to my expectations. I was really disappointed with the variety of human hair wigs. The place looks shady and the hair looked sad and stringy. Would not recommend.
