We are located 15 minutes from the town of Granby and 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake. brIbrf you are planning a summer vacation you are only 10 minutes from the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. If you are planning a winter getaway we are 30 minutes from Winter Park ski area and 15 minutes from Sol Vista ski area. The Granby-Grand Lake area is also known as the snowmobile capital of Colorado. Lake Granby also has fantastic ice fishing through the winter and is right out of the back door.Sightings of Bald and Golden eagles, along with Osprey are a daily occurrence from our boats and the fishing is outstanding, whether you are looking for the big one , or just enjoying a relaxing day of fishing with the family.Lake Granby hosts several species of trout and land-locked sockeye salmon called kokanee so whatever is you goal - it is possible to attain it here. Beacon Landing also serves as the centrally located weigh-in station for all of Lake Granby's fishing tournaments. Beacon Landing Marina has excellent boating facilities, if you own your own boat, you can rent a slip for a day or for the seaon. Space is limited, so book early.
