Attorney Birk Baumgarter of Baumgartner Law graduated Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and has been a litigator ever since. He is the fourth attorney in his family, but unlike other family members, he declined a job at a big law firm. Instead, he decided to dedicate his practice to a limited number of cases, with focused and individualized care and the freedom to take only those cases that he believes are just. Birk believes that access to great legal counsel should not be limited to those that can provide large up-front retainers.
