This place like most Bank of America locations is functionally useless. Tried to cash a check and as a customer of 20+ years I was told no. Guess I'll be closing this account.

1 star because their teller is professional and nice. 0 stars because teller has to get approval from manager for deposit and manager is unavailable and teller cannot say when manager will return....

Customer Service is terrible from Bank of America. I spent hours trying to get help on a very important topic and continued to get the run around with absolutely no resolution to my problem.
