History
I grew up in San Diego, and when I moved to Denver I missed the Baja California / Sonoran style of food from any of the Bertos style taco shops back home. So a great idea was born! We do Carne Asada Burritos, Rolled Tacos, Super Nachos, etc. Something new we have created is the Waffle Nachos. My take on the Super Papa's from home, where they put all the nacho fixings on french fries. I never really liked them because a french fry just isn't the right shape to accommodate toppings. So we use battered seasoned waffle fries! They are totally decadent!
