Pretty sure one guy was working the place by himself, certainly took a while to make a drive thru trip. I'm a sucker for root beer floats though, so going 2 star.

Being the only family in line, we waited almost 10 minutes to get our order taken. The place was discussing, all the tables dirty and food all over the floor. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food...
