I have to say it started with quite the bait and switch. Saying I qualified for x rate when in reality it was significantly higher than shown. Autopay did end up lowering my APR by more then 50%....

Two hard credit inquiries that I did not agree to only responded to a mailing claiming to reduce my auto loan rate. There should be laws against this type of marketing.
