Chef Peng Jones, a Malaysian-born Cantonese, has been the Owner/Chef/Instructor of Asian Cookery since 1989. A member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (I.A.C.P.) and a Certified Culinary Professional (C.C.P.), she specializes in Southeast Asian foods including Chinese, Malaysian, Thai, Vietnamese, and Singaporean. Chef Peng and her husband, Ted, own and operate Asian Cookery, which includes a small cafe where you can get authentic & amazing SE Asian food! Asian Cookery also offers custom cooking classes, as well as full service catering.
