Ashleigh Patrick, DO, entered into family medicine because she is passionate about helping others discover how to be truly healthy and well. Dr. Patrick is trained in Integrative Medicine and has found that using a combination of Eastern and Western medical philosophies helps her patients achieve optimal health. Dr. Patrick builds strong relationships with her patients and encourages them to make healthy lifestyle changes. She provides care for the whole family and can help with acute illnesses and managing chronic conditions.Dr. Patrick received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Colorado State University in Pueblo. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Rocky Vista College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. Dr. Patrick completed her residency in Family Medicine at Saint Josephs Hospital Family Medicine and received her fellowship training in Integrative Medicine at St. Anthony Family Medicine Residency program.Dr. Patrick enjoys hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and traveling with her husband. You can find them checking out new breweries, having game nights with friends, and watching the Broncos or Rockies play. Dr. Patrick and her husband have two dogs, Bear and Phoebe.

In addition to being a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Krystal is a Critical Care Registered Nurse and has worked in the medical intensive care unit, surgical intensive care unit and neurosurgical intensive care unit of several hospitals around the county.As a family nurse practitioner, Krystals goal is to educate, coach and encourage her patients to make decisions that will allow them to remain on the healthy side of the health continuum. She believes all patients should be treated as equals, without regards to race, ethnicity, religious affiliation or social or economic status. She also looks to partner with her patients throughout their health journey, regardless of the nature of their health problems.As a result of her training, Krystal specializes in working with patients of all ages. While she enjoys all aspects of family practice, she is especially passionate about adolescent and women's health. She enjoys empowering women of all ages to care for themselves, and to make decisions about their health care that they are comfortable with.When she is not seeing patients, Krystal enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. They enjoy all things outdoors including biking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing and simply relaxing under the beautiful, blue Colorado sky.
