Food is still good and service is still terrible; clearly these franchises don't get the corporate support that the giants , such as McG receive.

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

The bun was very dry, meat dry & tasteless, curly fries dry. And this was at noon, tourist season, when you would expect things to be fresh. I used to love Arby's, but this was very disappointing.

This is bad product, disgusting lol never coming back. The burgers make you nauseous and the fries are basic. How on earth are they still in buisness.

10/10 would NOT recommend. Food is always horrible and the staff is extremely RUDE. This time we got uncooked mozzarella sticks. Would drive right past this one.

Excellent drive thru service for a weary traveler. Food was warm, fresh and delicious. Thanks to staff and management for an excellent great food opportunity.
