Apex had a lot of potential but I'm really disappointed with it compared to the other places I've lived in the front range. I have 2 reasons for rating 2 stars. 1. The trash valet was unreliable....

Avoid this property at all costs. I have lived here for 2 years and the only positive thing I can say is they have decent amenities. Firstly, the management is horrendous. They will speak down...
