When delivering patient care I prioritize factors that make for a successful patient relationship, such as communication, compassion, and trust. My years of bedside nursing experience give me a unique perspective to patient care. My hope is that my patients feel that I am knowledgeable, efficient, and kind.

I will do all I can to earn my patient’s trust and confidence, this is essential to all surgeon-patient relationships. Goal: To have open communication between surgeon and patient, address all concerns to give holistic care. Quote: “We are what we repeatedly do…excellence, therefore isn’t just an act but a habit.”

Background: After completing a degree from the United States Military academy at West Point in Electrical Engineering, Dr. Fuller was soon deployed in the global war on terrorism. During this time, Dr. Fuller completed Army Ranger school, passed selection and assessment to earn assignment to the elite special operations unit of 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, and earned two separate Bronze Stars while participating in five combat deployments. Upon his completion of an illustrious military career, Dr. Fuller pursued his next goal of becoming a surgeon by obtaining his Medical Doctorate, followed by a General Surgery residency and a Vascular Surgery fellowship. He is now board certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery and licensed as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) Philosophy of care: To treat patients as family by providing compassionate and world class Vascular Surgery care.
