History

I hurt my back snowboarding right before starting massage school. I had always experience lower back pain and contributed it to beating up my body skiing. I went to see a Orthopedic surgeon and I was sure I was going to need surgery!! The Doc prescribed physical therapy which made this avid outdoor person very happy!! The physical therapist discovered a chronically tight muscle in my hip. She treated it with myofascial massage and it solved the back pain I had been dealing with for years. Needless to say I knew which direction my massage practice would take! After graduating from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1996 I moved up to Summit County Colorado and opened up a therapeutic massage practice. I have worked with both professional athletes and other weekend warriors like myself.

I specialize in Therapeutic Massage. My arsenal of techniques is huge!! I specialize in Sports/Orthopedic Massage including Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Massage. I am trained in Cranial Sacral, Reiki and Relaxing Swedish. You can also add Hot Rock and Aromatherapy to enhance your experience. Outcall available to your home, condo or hotel room.
